Every time we go to play concerts in England, the beauty of this land spreads before us. For many years we have mainly played in the county of Yorkshire. Where there is always something new to discover, the Victorian architecture, the beautiful market halls and much more.
The warm-hearted nature of the English has grown in our hearts. We were very happy with the introductory words from our longtime friend Sue Archer before the Leeds concert where one of the best blues singers (Louie the Blues) rocked the stage together with us, a repeat of 14 years ago. In Halifax there was a wonderful final session with Dave Burns and Jed Thomas on the guitar and to crown that our Dutch friend Petra on the microphone.
From the UK we went briefly to the studio and then to Berlin in the sold-out olive tree in Pankow. It was a great evening again ..... see you soon, ola

Jedesmal wenn wir zu Konzerten nach England fahren, breitet sich die Schönheit dieses Landes vor uns aus. Viele Jahre haben wir vor allem in der Grafschaft Yorkshire gespielt. Es gibt hier immer wieder Neues zu entdecken, die victorianische Architektur, die wunderschönen Markthallen und vieles mehr.
Die warmherzige Art der Engländer ist uns an Herz gewachsen. Wir haben uns sehr über die Einführungsworte von unserer langjährigen Freundin Sue Archer vor dem Leeds Konzert gefreut und einer der besten Blues Sänger (Louie the Blues) rockte nach 14 Jahren mal wieder gemeinsam mit uns die Bühne. In Halifax kam es zu einer wunderbaren Abschluss Session mit Dave Burns und Jed Thomas an der Gitarre und zur Krönnung gesellte sich unsere holländische Freundin Petra ans Mikrofon.
Von Grossbritannien aus ging es kurz ins Studio und dann nach Berlin in den ausverkauften Olivenbaum in Pankow. Es war mal wieder ein toller Abend... bis bald, ola
